As the name suggests, the game allows players to take control of their own fighter jet in first-person mode and take on enemy forces in space. The game has not only a solid multiplayer mode, but also an equally competent single-player mode.
The single-player mode takes place after Return of the Jedi and allows players to play as both a New Republic pilot and the Galactic Empire, switching between them.
