Vivo is getting ready to launch. The company introduced another smartphone of its Y-series. Vivo Y21A features a large HD+ display and dual rear cameras. The Vivo Y20A successor features an entry-level MediaTek Helio processor and a 5,000mAh battery.

Vivo’s latest phone features a 6.51-inch HD+ LCD display with a resolution of 1600×720 pixels, a 20:9 aspect ratio and a screen-to-body ratio of around 89%. The display houses the front shooter inside a teardrop notch.
Vivo Y21A is powered by MediaTek Helio P22 octa-core processor. The Helio P22 is manufactured using TSMC’s 12nm FinFET process and comes with an integrated IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU. The phone has 4 GB of RAM, 1 GB of extended RAM and 64 GB of internal storage. Y21A boots Android 11 with proprietary FunTouchOS 11.1 skin on top.
Vivo Y-series phone is equipped with dual rear camera and LED flash. The main sensor of the device is a 13-megapixel camera with f/2.2 aperture. Complementing it is a 2-megapixel super macro camera with f / 2.4 aperture. It supports various photo modes such as portrait, panorama, live photo and Pro mode. It can also record slow motion video. For selfies, there is an 8-megapixel camera on the front.
Vivo Y21A is equipped with a 5000mAh battery and 18W fast charging support. The phone has a Type-C charging port, a dedicated micro-SD card slot, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and a 3.5mm audio jack. In terms of connectivity, it offers dual SIM, 4G, VoLTE, 2.4GHz/5GHz Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, and GPS.
The Y21A measures 164.26 x 76.08 x 8.00mm, weighs 182 grams, has a plastic back and a plastic frame. It is equipped with an ambient light sensor, a proximity sensor, an electronic compass and a virtual gyroscope sensor. It comes in two color options – Midnight Blue and Diamond Glow. The phone also offers various features such as Multi-Turbo 5.0, Ultra-Game mode, Easy Share and iManager.
