Xiaomi has silently launched a new budget Redmi phone, the Redmi 10A, in the Chinese market. Like its predecessor, the latest Redmi 10A also features the entry-level MediaTek Helio G25 SoC. However, this time around, the brand has included a fingerprint scanner in its most affordable phone yet.
Other specs include a large display, a 5,000mAh battery, and a 13MP camera. Let’s take a closer look at the price, specifications, and features of the Redmi 10A.
Redmi 10A Price
Redmi 10A comes in three configurations: 4GB + 64GB, 4GB + 128GB and 6GB + 128GB. The base version of the device costs 649 yuan. Whereas, the 4GB+128GB and 6GB+128GB variant of the Redmi 10A costs 799 Yuan and 899 Yuan respectively.

The Redmi 10A boasts a 6.53-inch HD+ LCD display with a resolution of 1600×720 pixels, 400 nits brightness and a 20:9 aspect ratio. The display panel houses the front selfie camera inside a waterdrop notch.
The Redmi 10A is powered by a MediaTek Helio G25 octa-core processor coupled with a PowerVR8320 GPU. The phone boots MIUI 12.5 based on Android 11.
Redmi 10A offers a 13MP rear camera and LED flash. While the camera island on the Redmi 10A looks identical to the Redmi 10C and Redmi 10, it only has one rear camera. For selfies and video calls, a 5-megapixel front camera is used.
Redmi 10A is equipped with a 5000mAh battery and supports 10W charging. It has a micro-USB port for charging and data transfer. The phone also offers a dedicated micro-SD card slot, a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
Redmi 10A comes in three color options: black, blue and silver. It weighs 194 grams and measures 164.9×77×9.0mm. In terms of connectivity, it offers dual SIM, 4G, WiFi (2.4GHz only), Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, AGPS, and Beidou.
