Redmi introduced a new Note 11 series smartphone in China. Redmi Note 11E 5G is a new 5G smartphone from Note 11 series. It is the sixth smartphone of Note 11 series after Redmi Note 11, Note 11 5G, Note 11 Pro 4G, Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G and Note 11E Pro 5G. The Note 11E 5G is an affordable 5G smartphone launched in China.

Redmi Note 11E 5G released in China is a new budget smartphone with 5G support. It has two storage options, with the base model having 4GB of RAM. The base variant costs 1199 yuan. There is also a 6GB RAM variant priced at RMB 1,299. Both variants have 128GB of internal storage as standard.
Specifications and features
The Note 11E 5G features a 6.58-inch Full HD+ IPS display. The screen has a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels with support for a refresh rate of 90 Hz. The top center has a waterdrop notch for the front camera.
There is a dual camera on the back of the phone. It has a 50 MP main camera setup. There is a 2-megapixel macro camera. The phone has a 5 MP front camera sensor. Under the cover of the phone is a 5000 mAh battery. Support for fast charging is out of the question.
The budget 5G smartphone is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC. It comes with up to 6GB of RAM. There is up to 128 GB of internal memory. The phone supports memory expansion through the microSD card slot.
It runs MIUI 13 based on Android 11 out of the box. The phone is equipped with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and a 3.5mm headphone jack. At the moment, there is no information about the launch of the device outside of China. We will share more details as they become available.
