Xiaomi launched the Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G worldwide on March 29th. The device was a rebadged Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge that was launched earlier this year. Alongside the Pro+ 5G, Xiaomi unveiled the new Note 11S 5G at the event. Redmi Note 11S 5G is another rebranded smartphone. It’s basically the Poco M4 Pro 5G, which was launched earlier this month in India and other markets.

Redmi Note 11S 5G Price
Xiaomi has released Redmi Note 11S 5G worldwide. The device comes with three storage options – 4GB + 64GB, 4GB + 128GB and 6GB + 128GB. The base model with 4GB of RAM costs $249. The 4GB + 128GB storage option costs $279. Finally, the higher storage variant with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage costs $299. It comes in three colors: Midnight Black, Twilight Blue, Star Blue.
Redmi Note 11S 5G: specs and features
The Note 11S 5G features a 6.6-inch IPS LCD display with Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. It has a cutout in the top center for the front camera. The screen supports 90Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate.
Under the hood is a MediaTek Dimensity 810 SoC. It comes with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. It is possible to expand the storage using a microSD card. The phone has a 5000 mAh battery. It supports 33W Pro fast charging and the charger is included in the box.
In terms of camera, the Note 11S 5G has a triple camera setup. It features a 50MP main camera sensor, an 8MP ultra wide-angle camera, and a 2MP tele-macro camera. For selfies and video calls, a 13-megapixel front camera is provided. There is a side fingerprint scanner and support for AI Face Unlock. The phone is equipped with a 3.5mm headphone jack and is equipped with two speakers. It runs MIUI 13 based on Android 11 out of the box.
