Warzone 2: what are redeployment packs

Wondering what re-deployment kits are in Warzone 2, then you’ve come to the right place. The new season 2 for this cash on delivery battle royale kicked off on February 15th. Along with it, Warzone 2 offers its players a lot of new content. It includes a brand new Resurgence map called Ashika Island, Path of the Ronin Challenges, new weapons and more. One of the most interesting resources brought back to the game are redeployment packs and this guide will tell you all about it.

How redeploy packs work in Warzone 2

Re-deploy packs in Warzone 2 allow you to skip the Gulag and return to the game after being eliminated. In the Season 2 update notes, they are described as tactical gear that will give players another shot at winning. Once you collect it, the game will automatically send you back to the game after elimination.

If you played the original COD Warzone, you should be aware of the redeployment tokens in the game. Redeployment Packs work the same as they do in Warzone 2.

Where to get redeploy packages

According to the Season 2 patch notes, you are guaranteed to redeploy packs after completing the Stronghold and Blackground missions. In addition, players can get them from ground loot and some buy stations for $6,000.

This may seem like a high price per piece of equipment, but the packages are worth it. If you die, you can re-enter the game to help your team win. Moreover, if you die again while the Gulag is active, you will be able to re-enter it by winning a 1v1 fight. Although this is at the level of speculation. This will give you and your teammates a better chance of winning the match. However, a single package does not work for everyone on the team. Whoever chooses it will be the only one to receive its benefits.
