Xiaomi 11i Hypercharge was launched alongside vanilla 11i 5G on January 6th. The hallmark of the Hypercharge model is support for 120W fast charging. 11i Hypercharge is the first Xiaomi smartphone to support 120W fast charging. At the event, the company also announced the launch of “HyperPhone”. Based on the teaser, we can expect another Xiaomi smartphone to come with support for 120W Hypercharge charging.
The company has not confirmed the official name of the HyperPhone, which it covered at the presentation. However, it is safe to assume that this is indeed Xiaomi 11T Pro with 120W HyperCharge support. The 11T Pro comes with a Snapdragon 888 SoC under the hood and has up to 8GB of RAM. The device has 256 GB of internal memory and holds a 5000 mAh battery. As mentioned, there is support for 120W fast charging. The phone runs Android 11 with MIUI 12.5 on top.
In terms of optics, the 11T Pro has a triple camera on the back. There is a 108MP main sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 5MP telemacro camera. There is no OIS on any of the sensors, and the main camera can record video at up to 8K resolution. For selfies, the 11T Pro has a 16 MP selfie camera.
On the front is a 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 480Hz touch sampling rate. The display is HDR10+ certified and offers a maximum brightness of 1000 nits. Other specs include dual speakers, side-mounted fingerprint scanner, 5G, 4G, Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi 6, IP53 rating, etc.
