A few days ago, the OnePlus Nord 2T was quietly listed on the AliExpress platform, where the specifications and global pricing of the device were revealed. This is the first device with Mediatek Dimensity 1300 SoC under the hood. OnePlus has confirmed that the OnePlus Nord 2T 5G will launch on May 19th.
OnePlus has listed the official launch event on their Youtube channel, and the date and time are May 19 and 7:30 pm respectively. The description says that the company will release OnePlus Nord 2T 5G, OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite 5G, and OnePlus Nord Buds. However, devices other than the Nord 2T 5G have already been launched, so we can assume that each product will be released globally.
The OnePlus Nord 2T variant was recently spotted on Geekbench with a Mediatek Dimensity 1300 SoC and 8GB of RAM. It will also be the first device to feature the Dimensity 1300 chipset.

The OnePlus Nord 2T features a 6.43-inch Full HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate. The AMOLED display has a cutout in the upper left corner of the screen for the front camera.
The device is powered by a 4500mAh battery and supports 80W fast charging. It runs Android 12 out of the box and has an Oxygen OS 12.1 layer on top.
There is a triple camera on the back. The phone has a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 main camera sensor on the back and supports OIS. In addition, you get an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera and a 2MP monochrome sensor. For selfies and video calls, the phone is equipped with a 32-megapixel front camera.
