Microsoft today announced the Surface Go 3 laptop. It is the first Microsoft device to come preloaded with Windows 11. The device was introduced worldwide in September with the Microsoft Surface Laptop Studio, Surface Pro 8, and Surface Duo 2. Microsoft Surface Go 3 is an update to Microsoft Surface Go 3. Surface Go 2, and the company claims it will be 60 percent faster in terms of performance and powered by a 10th generation Intel Core i3 processor. There’s also a Pentium Gold variant for the base variant of the device, which shares the same design as the Surface Go 2.

In addition, the Microsoft Surface Go 3 has a 10.5-inch 3:2 display with 1080p cameras on both the back and front. The cameras give the laptop an edge over most Macbooks, which are often criticized for poor webcams. However, Apple’s iPad will still give the company a way to spend its money even if the Surface Go 3’s cameras are better.
In addition, Surface Go 3 will offer users the option to purchase an LTE version, which allows users to install a SIM card on the device for on-the-go connectivity. Of course, both options also support Wi-Fi connectivity. They also support Dolby Audio technology and are equipped with “studio microphones”that the company claims will provide an “enhanced video chat experience.”
As previously mentioned, the Surface Go 3 will have Pentium Gold and 10th Gen Intel Core processors. It will also have 4GB of RAM in the base variant with 64GB of eMMC storage, as well as an 8GB version with 128GB SSD.
Microsoft Surface Go 3 price and availability
In terms of pricing, Microsoft is selling the 8GB/128GB version of the Surface Go 3 for $780, while business customers will be able to buy the Pentium Gold model of the device for $580. This is the 4GB RAM and 64GB eMMC version. The laptop is already available for pre-order on Amazon and will be available to the public on November 23rd.
