Xbox and Activision Blizzard games will be available in cloud gaming on Ubitus for ten years.
As part of its efforts to appease regulators including the UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) and the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Microsoft announced a new strategic cloud gaming partnership with Ubitus, known for helping Nintendo with Switch games to the cloud and which received investment from Sony two years ago.
Microsoft and Ubitus @ubituskk, a leading provider of cloud gaming, have signed a 10-year partnership to stream Xbox games for PC as well as Activision Blizzard games after the acquisition closes. We are committed to providing more players with more choices.

Cloud gaming for everyone with Microsoft
Microsoft confirms its statement that this agreement and other partnerships will provide more choice for gamers. This statement refers to the American giant’s commitment to bring Call of Duty to 125 million Nintendo Switch users and 25 million GeForce Now users. Microsoft has said it has offered Sony a 10-year deal to have every new Call of Duty game available on PlayStation consoles on the same day as Xbox consoles – with full content and feature parity.
Sony argued that such a deal would not be enough to address regulatory concerns, as there are “many ways in which Microsoft could ban or degrade access that would be extremely difficult to monitor and control.”Antitrust authorities are also concerned about Microsoft’s stance on exclusives following the ZeniMax Media takeover and subsequent actions.
