Redmi Note 11 Pro Indian Variant IMEI spotted, could launch soon

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 line debuted last month in the Chinese market. The Redmi Note 11 series consists of three phones in China – Redmi Note 11, Note 11 Pro and Note 11 Pro+. While the Note 11 debuted as the POCO M4 Pro 5G, the Note 11 Pro phones have not been released outside of China. However, this may soon change. Earlier this morning, a Note 11 Pro variant with model number 21091116I appeared on the IMEI database. Mukul Sharma tweeted to share the development.

Earlier this morning, Mukul spotted a Xiaomi phone with model number 21091116I. The IMEI database certification also reveals that the smartphone may have the Redmi Note 11 Pro moniker in the country. This suggests that a Chinese variant of the Note 11 Pro could be released under the same name. For those who don’t know, the Chinese variant of the phone has the model number 21091116C (the C means it’s for the Chinese market).

Earlier this month, a Kacper Skrzypek reveal revealed that the Chinese variant of the Note 11 Pro would debut as the Xiaomi 11i, while the Note 11 Pro+ would be rebranded as the Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge. The information provided in the IMEI database list contradicts previous findings. There is a chance that the nickname listed in the IMEI is just a placeholder.
