Google is ready to release the Google Pixel 7 Pro and Google Pixel 7 later this year. The existence of the phone and its first form became known at Google IO 2022 earlier this month. The Mysterious Pixel device is tagged “G10”. For reference, the Pixel 7 is codenamed “Cheetah”and the 7 Pro is codenamed “Panther”and they’re labeled “C10″and “P10 respectively.”The code name “G10″is still unknown. However, the device’s display specifications have been revealed.
The G10 will have a 120Hz screen refresh rate similar to the Pixel 6 Pro as well as the upcoming Pixel 7 Pro. The display is made by BOE, not Samsung, and has identical specs to the Pixel 6 Pro, including 1440×3120 resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and 71 x 155mm size. Considering the screen size and resolution of the device, the possibility that this is a large foldable tablet or a Pixel Tablet can be ruled out. Finally, the device will run on Android, which is no surprise. The device can also have a Tensor chip.
Google usually releases three devices in the series: the regular, the Pro model, and the A series. This year, it looks like the company is adding a new device.
