Vivo is gearing up to launch its next S series smartphone. The company is expected to launch the S12 series later this month or early next year in China. We can expect that the series will include two devices: S12 and S12 Pro. Design renders of the Pro model have been leaked earlier. It turned out that the phone will have a wide notch for installing a dual front camera. As we get closer to the launch, more technical specifications of the device have been leaked online. Let’s take a look at the specs, features and other leaked details of the Vivo S12 Pro.

Vivo S12 Pro specifications

Vivo S12 Pro is expected to be launched in the coming weeks. Ahead of the official launch, tipster Digital Chat Station revealed the device’s specifications. As per the tip (via GizmoChina), the device will have improved display, camera and performance specs.

Starting from the screen, the phone is said to feature a curved OLED display with Full HD+ resolution, an in-display fingerprint scanner, and a notch. The recess will house two front camera sensors. It is reported that the device will be equipped with a 50MP front camera, which will be accompanied by an 8MP ultra-wide sensor.

The S12 Pro leak from DCS also reveals that the device will have a 108MP main camera sensor. The triple-camera setup on the back will also include an 8MP ultra wide-angle camera and a 2MP tertiary sensor.

Under the hood, the phone will be powered by a Dimensity 1200 SoC. It will most likely support 44W fast charging. The battery capacity is currently unknown. Finally, the phone is expected to run Vivo’s upcoming OriginOS Ocean UI on top of Android.

In terms of pricing, the phone is expected to go on sale in China for 3,000 yuan. At this price, the device will compete with the recently launched Honor 60 series launched in the country.
