Earlier today, Realme launched the Realme 9i phone in the Indian market. Realme 9i is the company’s first phone in the Realme 9 lineup. The company is expected to add a couple more phones to the lineup soon – Realme 9 Pro and Realme 9 Pro Plus. Ahead of the launch, Realme VP Madhav Sheth started teasing the launch of Realme 9 Pro and Realme 9 Pro Plus in India.
Sheth posted a poll on Twitter asking fans to guess the upcoming Realme smartphone. The survey contains two options – Realme 9 Pro and Realme 9 Pro Plus. This hints that the company will launch both of these phones in the Indian market soon.
Realme 9 Pro and Realme 9 Pro Plus: what do we know so far!
Realme 9 Pro leaked in all its glory last week thanks to OnLeaks. The Realme 9 Pro is said to offer a 6.59-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The display will house a fingerprint scanner. The front selfie camera will be located in the upper left corner of the display panel.
The Realme 9 Pro may be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor with an integrated Adreno 619 GPU. The Realme 9 Pro is said to come in two configurations – 6GB + 128GB and 8GB + 128GB. The Realme 9 Pro will offer a triple rear camera setup including a 64MP high resolution sensor. In addition to it, there is an 8MP ultra wide-angle lens and a 2MP lens. For selfies, Realme seems to stick with the good old 16MP shooter.
The Realme 9 Pro will reportedly come with a 5,000mAh battery and 33W fast charging support. It is said that it will be sold in three color options: Midnight Black, Aurora Green and Sunrise Blue.
Moving on to the Realme 9 Pro+, sketches of the phone were leaked last week. The phone is said to have a 6.43-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The phone can use the Sony sensor as the main shooter. The phone was previously spotted in the FV-5 database with a 50MP rear camera. The phone also appeared on the CQC website, which confirmed support for 65W fast charging.
